Competition!

What is the man saying?

Write what you think the man is saying on a piece of paper. Write your name on the piece of paper,

and what class you are in.

Then give me (Julian) the piece of paper.

*This competition ends on the 15th June.

*The winner of the competition will get a prize.

*Every person who enters the competition will win $100 for their English class team.

After I have read we can talk about how to improve* what you wrote.

(Improve = make better)

Write anything that you want – a story, a diary, some news, a letter,

you can even write something about Korea.

I will give you 2 tickets the first time you give me something to read!

The 10 students whose writing I enjoy the most will each get 4 more tickets.

Fall poetry competition

Fall in Korea is a very beautiful time of the year.

In some countries fall is called autumn.

In South Africa people say autumn.

Write a poem in English about fall.

Then either give it to Julian,

or email it to nsenglishclub@gmail.com

The prize: 10 tickets for the draw!

of your poem.

* All Nam San Middle School students can write

poems.
